Residential Lead Painter

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in residential painting, including leading a team. The Paint Lead will be responsible for managing painting projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a painting crew to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and patching

• Apply paint and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

• Inspect work for quality control and make necessary touch-ups

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
   

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in residential painting

• Proven experience leading a painting crew

• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Pass drug test
